Camera Hotshoe Cover

What & How

This tiny piece is meant to cover the exposed sensors of a camera hotshoe plate. It is made out of aluminum. The piece was modeled in Fusion 360 and, using CAM, I machined the piece. Given its size, more precise tolerances had to be used.

Why

Created as a personal project in order to customize my own camera. With it, I was able to laser engrave a design on the surface of the piece.
